The 1.2 acre garden is well-stocked and totally private with lovely wooden furniture, a BBQ, large trampoline, football posts, small orchard with a rope swing and rope ladder, and many other delightful features.

Furnished to an incredibly high standard, this coastal home provides you with the perfect base to explore the spectacular North Cornish beaches, relax and unwind in the space, comfort and privacy of the house and garden itself and enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Amenities are plentiful including a plethora of restaurants, golf at Trevose (1 mile away), a cycle along the Camel Trail, scenic coastal cliff strolls, a visit to picturesque Padstow fishing village, a ferry ride to Rock or numerous visits to the huge number of tourist attractions for adults and children alike that North Cornwall offers.

The house sleeps 11 (excluding cots) in five bedrooms. Three bedrooms have super-king size beds (one of which can be set up as two singles) and comfortable reading areas with sea-views, one is a king-size room, and one a children's room with bunk beds and a single bed. There are 5 bathrooms in all including 3 ensuite, and there is a fabulous wet room where you can hose down and shower after a day at the beach! Tregea boasts a large open-plan living/dining area and a conservatory with spectacular sea views. There is a triple garage, a surf store and ample parking for four or five cars.
