You can bundle everyone in the shower as soon as you come back from the beach. It has a separate sink and toilet. Once you have had one in a house in Cornwall, it quickly becomes a necessity!! Hose off all the sand in an under-floor heated room and go into the house ready for the evening, clean, relaxed, warm and cosy. Effortless.
Bedroom one is a super-king size bedroom which has a sink. It lies to the front of the house with lovely sea and garden views. It can be made up as a double or as two singles.
The designated "children's bedroom", this room sleeps three in bunks and a separate single bed.
Bedroom three has a king-size bed in it and a lovely ensuite with shower, sink, toilet and under-floor heating.
This first floor bedroom has a real "luxurious hotel" feel about it. Huge super-king size bed. Separate reading area in a white-shuttered alcove which overlooks the sea and garden. Glorious bath in the bedroom with large skylight above to watch the stars. Separate sink and toilet.
Also on this floor is another large super-king size bedroom with a similar reading area and a separate luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath, toilet, sink and under-floor heating. Off this room is a small corridor (with a hanging wardrobe) leading to a glass viewing platform where you can breathe in the sea air!

One of the reasons we so fell in love with this particular property is because of the garden.
It really is a magical place and adds so much to the feel of your holiday. On any day if the lure
of the beach does not quite grab you, you can spend a glorious afternoon at Tregea. The garden
stretches to 1.2 acres, is totally enclosed, secure and completely private. There is a large table
and chairs with a parasol and a BBQ (for idyllic summer dining) on the raised wooden deck, plus a
large trampoline (with safety nets), full-size football goals, timber swing, 6-rung rope ladder,
slide and basketball hoop.
There is a small orchard towards the bottom of the garden which is a gorgeous shady area.
Tucked into a corner is a shed where children (large and small alike!!) can play with the outdoor
games and toys provided. No matter where you are in the garden, you can see and hear the sea,
which is a constant glorious reminder of why you are here. We have regular early evening visitors
in the form of rabbits dancing on the lawn which is great fun and which everyone adores.
The coastal sunsets are wonderful. It is heaven.
Located to the back of the property, the surf store is a great area, next to the wet room, where you can find wellies/surf suits/buckets and spades/ boogie boards/beach paraphernalia. This is for the enjoyment of everyone. There is also a double garage. There is parking on the driveway to the side and rear of the property for four to five cars with no problems whatsoever.
